Hi, my names Lee Boniface from silverbackrunner.com I am a 57-year-old endurance that's passionate about staying fit and getting faster as I age. The podcast airs every Monday and covers topics that enable the older endurance runners whatever their goal to get faster and reduce injury. Plus I look at the inner game of running that I feel has such a large part to play as an endurance runner.
