His madness once again flared up, instigated by the revelation some of his soldiers have been pulled into the Crucible of War, and yet, they still have no clue where humanity will land, in which deranged City they will be shoved into, and if it is not Blood City, how they will get to them?

A world devastated by a Great War, a large part of it, turned into an irradiated wasteland, but also breaking open the sky into a northern lights kaleidoscope that brought a system, abilities, stages of power and oh yes, demons. It was called the Dream. It also brought an advancement that melded magic and tech and the Lanterns, a trained force to keep the demons in check....

Gideon has vowed to take down the Capitol Ship, the Sword of Vonomidea, and its fleet before touching the City Stone of Umbra Mortem and freeing Erebus. After decades of slavery and his people pushing through starvation and constant siege, they have given him and L'Sana their faith and hope. It is a risk, a gamble, but anything less would do nothing to bring the Multi-Versal War from the brink of loss.

The Crucible of War—A floating asteroid the size of a small planet carving its way through the universe. Eight Cities, a million participants, death, blood, carnage, control. The Crucible is televised across the cosmos and provides entertainment for the The Great Galactic Empire and its Citizens. Every once in a while though it needs it's Contestants replenished. This time around Earth has been chosen. 50,000 humans are to be given the honor. One of those is 52 year old retired Army Master Sergeant, Jebediah 'Jeb' Stone.

The fight is far from done. Who will live, who will die when the Weavers' plans fall to ashes and the Skull and Bones enter the scrap? The Bloody Skull has made many mistakes but he refuses to see his child in all but name, the Blade, fall. Bogie is dying but he for the first time has family so he will die doing everything he can to help them. Jeb and Bose have their backs to the wall but it wasn't the first time and it wouldn't be the last. Humanity is arriving and he refuses to let some red lightning spewing Blood-Elf Bitch end his road.....

It is only days before the majority of Humanity lands onto the Crucible as they finish their Tutorials and Jeb still has no clue what City it will be only that it will not be the one he is in. In the meantime, Jessica Lewis, the nerdy girl who took the portal that was meant for her older Brother, is lost, scared, looking to the broken Jeb to save her, to teach her, to make her strong enough to stand on her own or at least to stand in his shadow without being obliterated.

They got through The Infernal Palisades, but not without a heavy cost. Half of their team is broken, soul-weary and mentally unhinged. Trust is shattered on the crumbling road behind them but not enough to stop the Brothers from tackling the quest that if they succeed, will give them a sliver of a chance to save their Momma and keep her from being a plaything to torture for eternity. It will also give them the opportunity for some payback and to punch the Spider Bitch in the jaw.

The War Hounds find their footing and incorporate their new members. Xautil and Bota seek to establish their own empire, dancing and bonking included. Shai'ton, Hell's Daughter and the other infernals strive to establish their control over Earth while fending off their Infernal Overlords in Tir' Na'Nog and York is the nexus where everyone's plans come to a crossroads. The Fortress has stood for eight years as a symbol that humanity will not kneel, will not lay down, they will fight. Will it fall or be the birth of a war the echoes across the cosmos.

Growing stronger in War World is not for the faint of heart, and they have their first real dungeon to conquer, The Gray Depths. The undead patrol its boundaries, and they are hungry.

They've survived their first dungeon...kinda. Their party is complete. All six have been chosen. This is who goes forward to try to salvage the remnants of humanity and keep them safe from the predations of War World.

They've escaped the Tutorial with a heavy cost. Classes are chosen, destinies written, and the story unfolds in arterial threads of never ending fulcrums, slips of breath in chests heaving loss and hope. War World is now the sandbox, the arena, and they must grow stronger, much stronger if they want to save that which they treasure more than life itself.

The Spiders made a mistake when they went after Nes and the rest of them, the biggest being, they failed. He might be old, he might even be broken but by the time he was done they would know his name!! Family was everything and his was growing, Nes, Bogie, Bose, Jessica and now a One-eyed Greenskin was attempting to push his way in but the Blade was a question mark to Jeb, one he didn't trust regardless of the history between him and his Princess.

Jeb has been chosen as a Contestant for the Crucible of War and he refuses to leave his two-year old Cane Corso, Bose, behind. Whatever they face, they will face together. They were supposed to go to a Tutorial where everything would be challenging but fair. Like everything else in his life, it went to shit and he got sucked into the Endless Dungeon with beasts far far stronger than what he was supposed to face but through the grit gained as a retired Master Sergeant and the courage of his pooch, Bose, they survived.

Two brothers face the end of all they know as the Earth is absorbed into something called War World. On Earth, they were up-and-coming duo competitors in ACS (Armored Combat Sports), and it is with those skills they just might survive.

Gideon has healed himself and escaped the assassination attempt by the System itself. He came out of it still Copper while all the movers and players were Iron with the System's last ditch effort to see him dead with time dilation tricks. The World Council happens and the list of adversaries keeps growing as does the number of possible allies.

They have survived the Tutorial and now enter their new home, the merged world of Erebus. The Multi-Versal System is still an asshole, still focused on blood and carnage, murder and treachery. They have three days to prepare for the beginning of a trio of Monster Waves to test the few that have survived. On top of that, the flora and fauna of the new world have been mutated and enhanced. Gideon, L'Sana, and Ari are not alone however. They made a deal and the remnants of the Shador are at their side. They have a City Stone and a few Gods in their corner whether Gideon wants them or not.

The First Challenge has been conquered, but with a heavy heavy cost. Lives have been left as corpses in the mud, and the Multi-Versal System has targeted Gideon as a threat. Gods and Factions shift their pawns upon the board, and even the Primordial Creators of the System themselves have stirred for the first times in eons.
