Teresa Schapansky was first introduced to the world of writing at the age of 15, when her word puzzles were accepted for publication in several issues of a television guide. Most recent works include "One Little Coin", the "Along the Way" series, best-selling "Coinkeeper: the Avery Chronicles" series, "Some Christmas", "Imogene of the Pacific Kingdom" (recipient of the Canada Book Award and Readers' Favorite 5 Star Seal), "Dager of the Tasman Empire" (awarded the Literary Classics Seal of Approval), and "Memoirs of a Pakhtun Immigrant", which was her first experience writing about actual people, places and events. Her latest book, "Don't Tell" released in June of 2026, is a true story written posthumously about her friend, Troy Eklund, a classmate from her teenage years. The author lives with her family in the beautiful Cowichan Valley, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
