Suzi Glover is the dedicated owner of Suzi Glover State Farm, serving clients with integrity and a customer-focused approach since 2019. After nearly a decade in the elevator industry caring for customers and teams, she transitioned to insurance in 2016 with the goal of owning her own agency. In May 2019, her dream became reality. Her agency provides personalized insurance solutions—including business, auto, home, and life coverage—to customers across Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico, with a special passion for helping women entrepreneurs protect their business and family assets. Suzi is supported by a team of five licensed producers who strive to be their customers’ personal insurance superheroes, creating a safe space to share needs and ensure protection. Beyond business growth, Suzi is deeply involved in her community, sponsoring local initiatives and participating in educational workshops and podcasts. A first-time published author, Suzi is a featured author in the Six Figure Chicks Scottsdale edition, sharing her journey and the community that has contributed to her success as an agency owner. She holds leadership roles as Vice President and Director of Strategy on the Executive Committee of NAWBO, is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, and a founding member of the East Valley Holistic Chamber of Commerce. Suzi is actively pursuing her Chartered Financial Consultant® designation, expected by Fall 2026. Suzi’s agency has been honored with the Micro Business Award by the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and was named NAWBO Phoenix Business of the Year in 2024. She runs her business alongside her husband, Jim, and together they have four kids. Suzi is a proud Arizonan who enjoys trail running with her “Trail wives,” vintage shopping, and spending time outdoors with her daughter Samantha and grand-dog Shrimp.
