Noah is already making waves in the world of project management and education. As the author of Scrum for Teens: Level Up Your Learning with Half the Effort, and a Registered Scrum Master, Noah is passionate about sharing the power of Scrum with his peers. His journey began when he realized how Scrum—a powerful framework for staying organized, working smarter, and tackling challenges with confidence—could help him manage his time better and achieve his goals both in and out of school. In school, Noah became certified as an Information Technology Specialist in Cybersecurity through Certiport, a Pearson VUE business. No matter the situation, Noah's approach is unique—not only because of his age but because he speaks directly to the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s teens. His book breaks down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps, making Scrum accessible and engaging for young learners. Noah’s dedication to Scrum extends beyond his writing. He volunteers as an intern for the Lean Construction Institute's Northern California Community of Practice (LCI NorCal), where he gained valuable real-world experience. During his internship, Noah was featured in an interview with LCI NorCal, where he shared insights on how he applies Scrum in his own life and the impact it has had on his academic success and personal growth. His commitment to helping others succeed is evident in both his work and his advocacy for practical, real-world skills that teens can use every day. Noah also interned for K12 on the Student Advisory Council as a Social Media and Marketing Intern. He supported the marketing of multiple K12-powered schools through website support, social media strategy, and graphic design. Additionally, Noah gained experience interviewing individuals, writing blog posts, and publishing content on official websites. When he's not writing or speaking about Scrum, Noah enjoys using his skills in competitive settings. His team, The Cogsmiths, took first place in the 7th–9th grade division at the 2025 Stride K12 Robotics League Championship, where Noah helped lead the team by applying Scrum to manage programming and teamwork. He also helped his team reach the 2024 ISTE eSports Conference, where they placed in their inaugural appearance. His latest robotics team, The Smooth Operators, took second place in the 10th-12th grade division at the 2026 Stride K12 Robotics League Championship. He plans to take what worked and what didn't work for his team and apply improved strategies based on reflection for the next season. Beyond Scrum, Noah continues to explore new ways to innovate and inspire others.
