In addition, he serves as president and editor-in-chief of the business magazine Gestión. He is the author of the book The 12 Questions, El Blog del Director (The Director's Blog), and La carta del director (The Director's Letter) –Gestion's editorial–, through which Ney shares his life experiences, the lessons he has learned, and the teachings he has received with tens of thousands of people. He is also the producer of the podcast Dejando Huellas con Ney Díaz (Leaving a Mark with Ney Díaz).
