Mariusz Trynka writes science fiction that asks uncomfortable questions — about consciousness, identity, the boundaries of perception, and what happens when humanity encounters something it cannot understand. His debut novel DÉJÀ VU plunges readers into a world where the line between memory and premonition dissolves. The INTERITUS trilogy follows two civilizations — human and alien — as they struggle to build a shared future on a planet locked in eternal twilight. And GENETIC MEMORY unearths ancient secrets buried beneath the Nazca plains that could rewrite human history. Growing up bilingual near Krakow, Poland, Mariusz writes his novels in German and translates them into Polish and English himself. His narrative style blends scientific curiosity with philosophical depth — exploring what constitutes the innermost essence of being human. When he's not writing, he runs a successful business in the planning and construction industry. He lives with his wife and two sons in southern Poland.
