He is a sought-after consultant and presenter, having worked with organizations such as the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, US Lacrosse, US Youth Soccer, USA Wrestling, USA Swimming, USA Football, Little League, Ireland Rugby, Australian Rugby League, US Sailing, US Ski and Snowboard, and many other schools and youth sports organizations. He has also testified to the US House of Representatives on the state of youth sports in the United States. John is the co-founder of the Way of Champions Transformational Coaching Conference and host of the Way of Champions Podcast.
