Joe Keohane is a veteran journalist who has worked as a top editor at Medium, Esquire, Entrepreneur, and Hemispheres magazines. His writing—on everything from politics, culture, social science, travel, business, and technology—has appeared in Esquire, New York magazine, The Boston Globe, The New Yorker, Wired, Boston magazine, The New Republic, and several textbooks. An avid parallel parker, undistinguished but enthusiastic cook, and occasional working musician, he also won a prestigious Screenwriter’s Colony fellowship in 2017 for a comedy TV pilot that remains, tragically, unproduced. A native of the Boston area, he currently lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
