J.T. Garvey is an author, screenwriter, and creator whose stories blend imagination, justice, culture, community purpose, and care for the environment. He is the author of "Tamika: Warrior Angel", a supernatural drama about a frustrated Atlanta social worker who discovers the powers of her African ancestors and uses them to fight drug cartels. The audiobook was narrated by Rain Pryor, NAACP Theatre Award-winning actress and daughter of legendary comedian Richard Pryor.
