Dr. Garrett Soldano, D.C., is an entrepreneur, Chiropractor, equity investor, and author committed to restoring discipline, responsibility, and principled leadership in men. A former All Conference Linebacker, Team Captain, and Team MVP at Western Michigan University, Soldano learned early that strength is not a personality trait but a standard upheld daily. Football taught him accountability under pressure, leadership through action, and the cost of complacency. Those lessons became the foundation for everything that followed. After his collegiate career, he founded a Chiropractic clinic and grew it into one of the most successful practices in the state of Michigan. Through disciplined execution and long term vision, he simultaneously built an investment portfolio that continues to expand. His professional life has been shaped by the same principles he teaches: endure pressure, enforce standards, and act decisively when it matters most. In 2022, Soldano stepped into the public arena and ran for Governor of the state of Michigan, gaining national attention for his willingness to stand on principle during a season of intense pressure and scrutiny. The experience reinforced what he already believed: leadership requires conviction, endurance, and the courage to act when retreat would be easier. A devoted Catholic, husband, and father, Soldano believes leadership begins at home and is strengthened through faith. He holds that a man’s authority is not granted by title or applause, but earned through responsibility willingly carried and integrity consistently practiced. He wrote this book because he believes the message being delivered to men today is incomplete and often misleading. Too many are encouraged to soften their convictions, outsource responsibility, or doubt their instincts. He has seen the consequences of that mindset in business, in families, and in culture. This book is his response. These pages are not theory. They are drawn from lived experience, hard lessons, and years of building under pressure. His conviction is simple: men are not discovered by accident. They are forged through disciplined action, moral clarity, and standards enforced daily. Dr. Soldano lives in Mattawan, Michigan with his wife Jennifer and their two sons, Jackson and Alexander. This is his second book.
