Chris F. Walker is the pen name of Alex Manire, a former atheist and U.S. Army Military Intelligence veteran who spent thirty years trying to disprove the Bible before becoming convinced by the very evidence he set out to challenge. After nearly a decade serving as an Infantryman, Recon Specialist, and Military Intelligence Operator, including more than 42 months deployed across the Balkans, the Middle East, and other regions, Alex learned to evaluate claims through evidence, pattern recognition, and disciplined critical thinking. That same approach ultimately led him to an unexpected conclusion: the deeper he investigated Scripture, history, prophecy, and human nature, the harder it became to dismiss the Bible's claims. Today, writing as Chris F. Walker, he combines military precision, historical investigation, and compelling storytelling to explore some of life's most challenging questions about truth, faith, purpose, and the human condition. His books are written for believers, skeptics, and seekers alike—inviting readers to examine evidence, think critically, and wrestle honestly with the questions that shape every worldview.
