The long-anticipated epic cruise adventure is finally here! Two worlds collide when Gloria and the Garden Girls meet up with Gloria's cousin, Assistant Cruise Director Millie Sanders, and her crew aboard the passenger cruise ship Siren of the Seas. Almost immediately, suspicions are raised when a group of mysterious passengers board and then head straight to the bridge for a private meeting with the captain. Not long after, Andy Walker, Millie's boss, tells her the ship will have some "temporary" staff boarding for this cruise, something that has never happened before.

Andy Walker, the ships cruise director, is pulling out all the stops since one of the passengers, Colt Kenworth, has close ties to Majestic Cruise Lines CEO, Ted Danvers.

For Millie and the Siren of the Seas' crew members, the Southampton departure is bittersweet, as they leave behind new friends that they’ve made, including Halbert Pennyman, an area homeless man. Within hours of the ship leaving port to head back to Miami, the ship's chief of security discovers the Southampton Strangler could very well be on board. As disturbing events begin to unfold, Millie is convinced that not only is the strangler on board, but she's also managed to get on the killer’s radar.

It's an "all in the family" voyage when Millie’s step-daughter, Fiona, joins Siren of the Seas to see her father. The last time Millie saw Fiona was when she stormed out of the restaurant during a celebratory dinner after calling Millie some terrible names. To up Millie's anxiety, Andy is taking a vacation to visit his family. He changes his mind at the last minute and decides to bring his sister on board instead. Disaster strikes when Scout goes missing and it's a race against time as Millie tries to find the family's pup before Fiona, who gifted Scout to her father, finds out.

While giving her son a tour of the property, they stumble upon a hidden trapdoor that leads to an undiscovered basement with a tunnel. The other members of SAS are convinced the Garlucci family murdered one of their own while Carlita is convinced that someone is trying to frame them.
