Ard is back in Avente, but it seems the ripples of war are still flowing and he finds himself in the crosshairs of a group looking to take advantage of two kingdoms with their leadership removed. At the same time, Ard joins the Enclave's Elders to prove a point to them and everyone that he's not to be trifled with. But he can't just let a group that tried to come after him go and Ard decides to go on one last mission to remove all threats to his budding family.

Bran has been thrust into the Trial of Kings before he was prepared, but even without his memories, he’s still the Bran who passed it once before. However, this time he won’t just do the trial once but twice, with the second time being even more dangerous than the first to ensure he can pull all of his companions through the trial with him.

Ken and company find that with the introduction of the Threadspawn, the whole dungeon becomes far less friendly. Even the populace on Earth is spooked. Which is why the UG and Haylon sends Ken and a few others on the press tour. Though, even that can't keep Ken from the action. The Threadspawn invade Earth—meanwhile Ken is recruited fully into the demon hierarchy. Now he has to balance loyalties to the UG and the Hierachry while the Threadspawn threat grows ever closer.

Arden was left in the village by a dying mage, who never returned. With no way out of the village on his own, he had always held onto the hope that one day his magic would awaken and give him access to his spheres. But he’s about to turn eighteen and it’s never come. Instead, he’s settled into his lot as a sarcastic and quick-witted innkeeper. That all changes one night when his old flame, who escaped the village to become a mage’s anchor, returns. Ard’s life is about to go through some dramatic changes, and he’s not ready for them.

Classes continue at Haylon academy. Ken has identified who's behind the attacks on his Fieore and is determined to remove that particular problem, yet Haylon rules prevents him from taking it into his own hands. As they dive deeper into the dungeon, Crimson prepares him and the rest of the first years on how to camp in the dungeon. When their camping exercise is interrupted, Ken's done and this time he means business. Ken is going all out and his abilities tell him one thing, Ken was never trained as an adventurer. Ken was trained as an assassin.

Ard is hunkering down in the mountains for the winter as the war cools with the snow. That means it’s time to practice his magic and stay out of trouble. Well… Ard might not be entirely proficient at the last one. At the very least, he’s staying away from the city and his penchant for annoying other people. Except that doesn’t work out so well when he’s forced to attend a ball held by the Brighthavens, though they’ll certainly regret forcing Ard’s attendance.

Ken and company are back from the dungeon shuffle. Now on Earth once again, their levels outstrip the colleges they were attending. However, that isn't stopping the Headmistress from trying to put them back into the classroom. As they dive once again, going into Star City and beyond they are coming up against new races and Felin is reunited with the nekorian race, though the meeting doesn't go quite as planned. Ken has to weave between uprooting the remainder of the SJS Financial web, following the rules of the Orkai and not collapsing under Crimson's renewed training efforts.

Have you ever felt like there was something inside of you pushing your actions? A dormant beast, so to speak. I know it sounds crazy. Ken and company embark on their first raid. Despite Ken’s powerful [Liminal Speed] not all the boss fights are accommodating and the Haylon raid party must learn to work together in perfect concert. Prince Albar is unsatisfied with his defeat and plots to take down Ken and Elysara despite their Royal Censor guards. Yet, neither of them are prepared for the shakeup in the dungeon. All of the safety nets they’ve been training over are about to disappear.

It is a fantasy world, where the progressive magic system follows the cultivation concept of dao. Dar’s life was simple. He's to stir up the populace of their rival kingdom to rebellion.

He knows that the only way to do that is to get into one of the esteemed Dungeon colleges, where the most promising young adventurers gather.

As if he doesn’t have enough to deal with, the Order of the Magi come to town for a convention, and tensions grow taut between magi and the paranormal council.

Miles has enough power to take down even a titan, but is that enough to prepare him for what’s coming? His new job as the deputy director is at odds with his desire to start using his powers to make a greater difference. Between Ken’s time of scouting out and investigating his target, he runs in with the other three schools and learns he’s not the only ace damage dealer. Pendulum, Trusk and the Royal Academy all have a student that’s a head above the rest of their peers.
