Recently retired and returning guest Tim Kennelly joins me this episode to talk all things captaincy and leadership. Tim was the former Perth Heat and Australian baseball team captain, so if anyone has some great tips to share on this it would be him! Tim speaks about what he values as captain, how he managed to get the best out of both his team mates and himself, whilst also taking from what he has learnt into his everyday life.
