    Welcome to Living Vine Chronicles,

In today's episode, we explore God's name Elohe Chaseddi, the God of My Mercy.

    Scripture references include: Matthew 5:45, 2 Corinthians 5:21, 1 Peter 2:24, Colossians 2:14, Romans 8:1, 3:22, 5:17, Lamentations 3:22-23.

    Reflection Questions:

Elohe Chaseddi highlights a God who is loyal even when we are unfaithful. How have you seen God's steadfast love show up for you during a particularly difficult season?

Reflect on the people in your life who are currently in need of mercy. How can you mirror Elohe Chaseddi by extending that same loyal love and forgiveness to them?

July 14, 21st, and 28th, I will be hosting a free Zoom discussion on hearing God’s voice based on the book God Talks by Ed Rush. Space will be limited to 12, and I want you in the room. Please go to my LVC FB page and click the link on the related post or message me directly to join.

If you are enjoying Living Vine Chronicles, please consider sharing with a friend. Thanks for listening. Take good care, and I'll see you Monday.

    Welcome to Living Vine Chronicles,

In this episode, we are exploring God's name Ruah Elohim.

    References: Genesis 1:2, 2:7, Job 33:4, Ezekiel 37:9, Luke 1:35, John 1:33, 20:22-23, Isaiah 11:2, Acts 2:1-4, 16-18, 2 Corinthians 3:6, Hebrews 13:8

    Reflection Quesitons:

The Spirit hovered over the waters when the world was "formless and empty" (Genesis 1:2). Where in your current life does chaos or emptiness feel most overwhelming, and how can you invite the Ruah Elohim to hover there?

Ruah also translates to "breath" or "wind". In what areas of your life are you feeling spiritually breathless or exhausted, and how can you pause to let God's breath (life force) sustain you today? [1, 2, 3, 4]

On July 14th, 21st, and 28th, I will be hosting a special small group on how to hear God’s voice, and I am inviting you to join me. If you want to walk with me through this time of discussion and exploration, please message me from my Living Vine Chronicles FB page. I would love to share this special event with you.

Thank you for joining me, as always. Take good care, and I'll see you Monday.

    Welcome to Living Vine Chronicles,

So glad you chose to be here with me. In this episode, we reflect on God's name, Jehovah Rohi, the Lord my Shepherd.

RESOURCES: Pslam 23, John 16:33, 4:10, 10:27, Colossians 3:2, Hebrews 13:14-16, Psalm 37:3, 34:8, Isaiah 68:11; Phillip Keller was himself a shepherd, and he wrote a small, readable book entitled “A Shepherd Looks At Psalm 23.” If you want a deep dive into God’s role as our Shepherd, it is a worthy read.

    Reflection questions:

How can I find peace in being "led" rather than trying to figure everything out entirely on my own?

How does trusting that Jesus laid down His life for me impact the way I handle fear, uncertainty, or difficult decisions?

In the coming month, I will be leading a small group through a free 3-day workshop on how to hear God's voice. If you are interested, please message me from my Living Vine Chronicles Facebook page, and I will make sure to put you on the waiting list. You are in my prayers. Take good care, and I'll see you Monday.
