Unai Emery has done it again and Aston Villa are Europa League champions! Let's be honest, Freiburg weren't much of a challenge but take nothing away from what has been an incredible season for Prince Billy's boys.

Luke and Vish join Pete to give Villa their deserved flowers. Plus, Luke tells us why he enjoys a social dog and Pete threatens to dress up as a free-kick mannequin.

  • Probably the best day in Ramble history
    May 20 2026

My giddy aunt. Arsenal have done it! And Southampton, they've... undone it? You'll struggle to find a man in the Kingdom more ecstatic than Jim Campbell this morning, but somehow we found one. Luke Moore is on the verge of self-combustion.

They're both joined by Marcus to celebrate Arsenal's title win, and of course debrief on the simply sensational news that Southampton have been booted out of the play-offs. Plus, Spurs can't dig themselves out of trouble, and Unai Emery eyes up a fifth Europa League title. It really doesn't get any better than this.

  • Farewell, Pep
    May 19 2026

Well, there we have it ladies and gents. Ten in-cre-di-ble years of Pep Guardiola at Manchester City are finally coming to an end. In Pep's very own words, 'we cannot replace him'.

Marcus and Luke are here to celebrate a decade of Pep at City, and look ahead to the appointment of Enzo Maresca at the Etihad. Plus, Arsenal edge Burnley in what was not an enthralling watch, and the Battle of the Bridge returns tonight!

Arguably the best football podcast put there, forget all the glitz and glimmer of the sky sports podcasts and listen to these guys! No nonsense opinions and top banter.

Funny and informative football podcast. Good length as well at 45 mins , some football podcasts are too long at well over an hour. Has a variety of speakers which rotate so is always different.

I've been listening to the Ramble since 2010 and they continue to provide an entertaining but also well informed view of the world football. The jokes, coupled with different lineups each episode mean while there is familiarity each pod isn't the same.

My only negative is that despite listening (and emailing in) for almost 15 years, seeing 3 live shows and meeting the lads, I've still yet to get official friend of the ramble status. Howay lads!
