A Simple Practice to Try Today

When you notice your mind spiraling into “what if” thoughts:

What if this doesn’t work out? What if I make the wrong decision? What if I can’t keep up?

Pause and bring that thought before the Lord:

“God, I place this in Your hands.” “Lord, guide me in what is mine to do today.” “Father, help me trust You with what I cannot control.”

You can also take a few minutes to write down one situation that feels heavy and intentionally surrender it to God in prayer.
