The Yorkshire Rippers' reign of terror is well known, but many remain unaware of the full truth behind the brutal attacks that shocked the nation many years ago. Countless crucial details of murder, manipulation and miscarriages of justice have been hidden from the public, and the true extent of the Ripper's crimes still remains hidden to this day. This book exposes the twist in the tale of the most notorious British serial killer of the last hundred years.

Now as an older man I find the story quite fascinating and disturbing.
The most disturbing thing of all … the insistence of the “authorities” that the full details of the case and investigations will not be released until long after I am gone.
Why?
What do they have to hide?
Fascinating and disturbing

Well researched and written. Excellent narration. Well worth listening to even though it’s horrific.

Police are guilty quite often of getting tunnel vision, that is a common enough thread in serial murder investigation, but this case really takes the cake! For police to just assume there was all of these other people out there battering women with hammers is shocking and insane
Part murder case, part indictment on police incompetence
