I have listened to over 200 Audible books and many have been very good. What turns a good book to a great book is when the story, the characters and the narrator are perfectly aligned. That is the case with the JD Kirk Hoon series.

If this audiobook had forty percent less 'fuck' based words in it , it would have been just as entertaining and considerably shorter. I can appreciate that a certain amount of expletives can contribute to character and atmosphere but I persisted with this story despite it feeling like one was constantly bludgeoned with this word
