There is something Harry says in the last moments of the book that really resonates.

I’ve never left a review for an audiobook on any platform, but had to for this one. Well, more the series as a whole.

I only found out about the Dresden Files a couple of years ago after a friend recommended them, and from the first book I couldn’t put them down. I read one after another, including the short stories.

While waiting for Twelve Months, I decided to try the audiobooks, and the way Marsters brings them to life gave me a whole new layer of enjoyment to an already great series.

My previous knowledge of him is limited to Buffy and Angel, so I knew the name and loved Spike back in the day, but didn’t know much else about him.

I’m not sure what I expected going in, but ended up discovering hands down my favourite audiobook narrator anywhere.

I hope we get many more stories from the world of Harry Dresden, and that James Marsters continues to be the voice of every one of them.

Brilliant.
