They say it happens when you least expect it.

It did for me.

It started the moment I saw the simple message pop up on my computer screen:

Cameron's Mac: Hi.

And when I met the eyes of the gorgeous man messaging me from across the coffee shop, I never thought my reply would lead to the most intense, sexual, and passionate relationship of my life.

We both agreed to check our bags at the door and put our future hopes and aspirations on the table.

It worked.

I fell in love with his no-holds-barred attitude, sexy smirk, and undeniably good heart... and for a while we forgot about our baggage. We happily tripped over it to get to the other, neither of us willing to show the contents of our pasts in the off chance it could ruin us.

We built our love on a foundation of gray.

It was life in black and white that threatened to tear us apart.

Narrated in duet style.

4.5⭐️'s, as Ravenhood and Ravenhood Legacy are right up there with my favourite series of all time - this was a must listen, as with every Kate Stewart book I've read or listened to so far it made me feel emotionally raw and I loved it, the story absorbed me and I'm going along thinking "where's the part that rips my heart out so it can be put back together again" as with Kate Stewarts books (well not counting one last rainy day and severed hearts because no one can come back from those 2 books 😭) and then it hit, I did guess but it still broke me, happy there was a HEA though, I don't know what it is about Kate Stewarts books that touch me so much, or so deeply and make me feel for a long time after the last page, now to go on to something different to muster up the emotinal courage to move on to Drive, also the narrators were excellent and really conveyed the characters, story and emotion so well,

easy 4.5⭐️'s
