this book is so close to my heart. I know narrating is difficult and the man obviously is well trained and his voice is commanding. However, when he shifts from protagonist to other characters and females voices, it's insulting. He really makes them sound pathetic, lowly and trite and therefore ruins all of it. I'm a fan of Blackadder and Baldrick but they have no place reading The Prophet. I can't bear to listen...and I've tried to the point of nearly throwing my phone across the room. This needs addressing. I adore audible but this...no. Ruined a masterpiece.

Irritating. Insult to the author.
