Excellent and believable story, the twists turns and doubts pulling you through to a beautiful ending.

Clare Lydon is great at writing romance, especially flirty banter, but her lack of research undermines the football (soccer) side of this story and made me laugh aloud in lots of places that were not supposed to be funny. Yes, this story is a total fantasy but in order to enjoy it listeners need to be able to suspend disbelief to a degree which is not possible when such a large number of basic facts about football (soccer) are wrong. Anyone who follows women's football (soccer) which is a lot of people - especially lesbians - nowadays, will find it very difficult to suspend disbelief and believe in a story with so many factual inaccuracies. And, to anyone who is a football (soccer) newbie - do not believe a word you listen to here.

Fun listen but the football (soccer) is a joke & spoiled it.

loved the plot super charming romantic funny and naughty listen. Great narration combined with a great author what's not to love about it, I hope no28 is a follow on.
