Found this hard going as narrator ruined the flow and tone. Very monotone I’m afraid. Male “voices” awful and Heather character totally lost in narration from feisty one in DCI Logan books.

I love JD Kirk books and this new one was up there with one of my favourites! Couldn't wait to listen it was so gripping. Pretty guresome with a brilliant twist! Can't wait for the next book in the series.

Really enjoyed the characters and the plot. Narration was good. It had me laughing out loud several times too. I do love a book that’s got a bit of humour as well as murder and a twisty plot.
