This is a great cookbook that goes into the reasons as to why you might want to follow the prescribed diet. The information at the beginning of the book is thorough without being too scientific. Great up to date information, beautifully written, great recipes, and the cover had a great feel to it. This part seems to be written mostly towards women, though men would benefit from the information as well.

Good information on insulin resistance. Recipes are interesting and have leftovers for other meals which are not usually included in other meal plans. The creator worked superbly of keeping the audience intrigued the entire time. I suggested this book reading.

I haven't gotten all the way through this yet, but what I have skimmed looks excellent. It gives realistic goals for those just beginning to adapt their lifestyles and explanations of why our bodies react to certain foods the way they do.

You will enjoy all then type of foods you can find it here as long as you will take minimal and balanced. The book gives a better explanation of the insulin diet and how to balance your food intake. This book is too easy to follow recipes and helps your blood sugar level going back to normal.
