I'm a fan of good grammar. This series of books isn't just well put together and compulsive listening but well and correctly written. The narration is also very good.

Appreciated the length of this book, not as much waffling as in first book. Understand why it is thought necessary to repeat George’s back story and that of his father but find it irritating as it doesn’t really aid the plot.
Still recommend it and will listen to the next in series. Have to admit I would probably skim read the repeated parts if reading 😂.

I love the George Cross series but am now finding them a bit repetitive and need the situation to move on a bit but understand that people with Asperger’s like the same patterns so I suppose it’s unlikely!
