Once upon a time, Maggie Cooper lived for adventure. Jumping out of planes was child’s play. Now she can’t even work up the nerve to ask out her coworker. For a bit of self-therapy, she begins to text her recently deceased mother’s phone - the only problem is that the number has been reassigned and for weeks she’s been unknowingly texting a stranger her deepest thoughts and feelings. Great story with relevance to current happenings. the repetitive use of the phone number being read wasn't needed. it was the story that kept me listening

This book was so emotionally powerful. There’s friendship, love, loss, fear, grief and all the emotions in between. The characters growth and development throughout is greatly written and you really feel for all of them. You can’t help not to. The narration was really good to, sometimes it was har distinguishing between narration of the the MFCs thoughts and her dialogue witch made parts a bit confusing but over all it was really good. Especially the parts steeped in emotion. You could really hear it in the voice acting and I think that as much as the actual story brought on the tears. 😭
