loved it. too short! but a nice filler between proper books. really enjoy this wrighter and the narrator is one of the best I've ever heard.

Story is great,although if Lindsay Buroker hasn't seen Firefly and Serenity, I'll be very surprised. But strong female leads with sassy attitude, compassion and humour are my thing. The narration is clear with good ennunciation. So good in fact, it was almost a thing. The only off thing was the feeling that on several occasions the was a distinct feeling the narrator read the paragraph without understanding the meaning - emphasis and tone was off. Generally a great book though.
