The seeds to trees analogy felt really relevant up front, and then how it was expanded upon was really interesting relating to different aspects of ones life. Kate's narration was soothing, and calm, and well paced allowing time for thought and consideration along the way.

This is a fairly short book but is packed full of suggestions and explanations. Kate Dellow did a wonderful job as a storyteller and I really enjoyed listening to her - will keep an eye out for her going forward!

I did very much enjoy listening and pondering on the thoughts in this book about self care. The narrator gave a smooth and easy to listen to journey through the contents of this book. The quality of narration is so important for me in my listening. I can always tell in 10 seconds if the voice sits well with me. There is certainly wisdom here that is clearly expressed in a very concise way.
