I have learnt so much from reading this book - my relationship with my 3yo has benefited hugely from implementing this book's teaching, and I've learnt so much about myself which has helped me re-parent myself in a secure way. It's been eye opening and life changing. Thankyou for this invaluable work!

I really enjoyed this audiobook. The way it is narrated totally absorbed me in its contents and I was able to identify myself on where I am going wrong...from listening to this I learned that I am a safety sensitive parent and ways in which I can "react" by being with my children rather than always trying to get them to be self reliant and move on without beibg with them during their difficult emltions. In a way I could see that is how I was raised and now I was applying it in my parenting. For my children and their future I chose to listen to this book and I am so happy that I foind it!
Thank you for a great insight!

Great book, easy to follow, I did not feel bored compared to other books. Lots of very useful ideas and information. The examples could be a little better but still great. Although I am not planning to have kids, if ever I will definitely come back to this.

Easy, Insightful, I recommended
