This is a funny and moving story Violet suffers a life-changing event, and works hard to gain her independence and freedom. Jason I spent his whole life outcast and longing for a family that no longer exists. I devoured this story and love Jason and Violet. A really wonderful story and a narration is excellent.

Jason and his pack brothers Beau and Froggy will pull at you. I felt so emotional about their past and it broke a litter at the end. These three have had to come grifters, and are on the run from a large wolf shifter pack.
Violet has last her sight due to any accident, she fights her fears daily. She has courage and her heart is big and full of love. You will laugh at how these two find each other. One large wolf looking guide dog and a woman who finds great comfort in telling him all her secrets. Now Meemaw can put two very strong alphas in their place.
Secrets, forgiveness, emotions, chemistry, spice, drama and romance. Each character has strengths and flaws but each time you read and listen more about them, you will fall harder for them.

An imaginative and entertaining book with a twisty plot, big surprises and a highly original story. Meemaw was my favourite character and I loved how brave Violet was. Donna Frank totally nailed the narration.
