We bought this to run alongside a four week course. Both my partner and I found it extremely helpful as a way to ease us into thinking about the birthing process, giving us some great practical tools to find our way through it.
Really recommend doing a course alongside too if you can.
Good luck!

I love this audio book as it's a practical look at how to prepare for birth - it feels easily achieveable and really improves confidence

Good reminder to be more present. Not a bad book just some of the exercises were a bit boring for me and I didn’t find it much helpful during my birth. Was expecting more since it was recommended but I guess just not for me.
