I tried this mostly out of curiosity, and it was actually pretty calming in the moment. The guided parts helped me slow down and just focus on my thoughts for a bit, which I needed. Some of the ideas felt a bit too far out for me personally, so I didn’t fully connect with everything. Still, I can’t lie, I felt more relaxed after listening. It’s more of a mindset reset kind of thing than anything else for me.
