My Thoughts... Where do I even begin?

These were my first L.M. Halloran books. If you're familiar with Halloran's writing, you know her ability to portray heartache, grief, suffering, and pain is truly sensational. In this series, she broke my heart into a million little pieces and very slowly put it back together.

The Perfect Song Duet is a high-emotion, contemporary romance series that follows the heartbreaking journey of two musicians, Evangeline and Wilder.

The story is a second-chance romance that explores how trauma, fame, and timing can tear people apart just as easily as music brings them together.

Isabelle Ruther and Austin Stone were the perfect narrator pairing for this audiobook.

There was a palpable chemistry between them; their voices rose and fell in a complementary cadence that truly brought the narrative to life.

This second book was so much better than the first but I do appreciate the story more now in the first book because of the character development & arc. This book had the right balance of story, drama , love & spice & a real wholesome HEA ! I loved it 🥰
