while I enjoyed the story, it was a bit drawn out in places and found myself not listening. very predictable, I have quite a few books by Melody Anne and enjoyed other titles more. Narration was good, heard better heard worse. Much prefer a male and female narrator, makes the story so much better.

It's a very well written story...
I don't want to give the book away but has many different hapters with twists and turns... a good read 🤍

The twists in the book sometimes had me holding my breath....

The only good part of this story is the narrator’s bringing the characters to life. Roxie’s constant self doubt went on far too long. Kian constant patience with a Rosie whom in my opinion was totally selfish and annoying. I felt this story did not work for me all.
