Grace’s book is disarmingly honest, very funny and a really valuable insight into the ways in which ADHD can manifest. I feel much better able to understand the ways in which I might be able to support a colleague, friend or family member who has ADHD - and it’s especially eye-opening on the subject of women being diagnosed as adults, and how they have almost all had to mask their symptoms for so long. Plus, Grace’s voice, intonation and humour are just lovely and a real pleasure to listen to. So whether you have an interest in ADHD, whether you have been diagnosed or whether you simply want a very funny and down to earth autobiography of a talented and interesting person, honestly order this.

This book was recommended by a friend, and it's such a great listen. As an adult in her late 30's currently awaiting an ADHD assessment, this book was extremely relatable. Very funny, lots of "oohhh that's why I do that", and Aha! moments. Lots of useful insights from others in the ADHD community, particularly women.

I am a late diagnosed ADHD woman ... Menopause pushed me over the edge ... Grace Timothy book has been most relatable for me to listen too (You know ADHD and reading)... The content, tone and pace was spot on... The A Ha moments ... The honesty about the effects and how it affects our lives ... I was hooked in the first chapter ... Story about inappropriate swearing is so me also ...
