This is the fourth book in the Serendipity Series. The prologue is breathtakingly heartbreaking. The characters are well developed, and intriguing. The story is dark, intense, thrilling, suspenseful, and enthralling, filled with secrets, danger, passion, and unpredictable twists and turns. There is a lot going on in this story. Raven Rose, JF Harding, and Antonio Amato did an outstanding job bringing these characters and this story to life. Looking forward to listening to Inevitable, the last book in the series.

Charlene Namdhari is a queen in her own right, a master at writing and building a story with many twists and turns, ones you never see coming and when they do come, they blow your mind completely. This story still has me in awe, amazement on how everything falls in to place, including fitting pieces of the puzzle you did not even know were part of that puzzle. There is a reason why she notes that her books are “best enjoyed when you do not read any reviews or spoilers beforehand and going in with an open mind is best”. And I have to agree, the element of surprise is best while in the moment and there are several reveals in this book that not only surprised me but had my jaw dropping in astonishment. This is no ordinary story, it is an adventure and a journey, one that was captivating from start to end. Once I started this book, nothing else mattered except what was going to happen next. Escapism at its finest! It is a complex and cleverly plotted story with lots of drama, angst, action, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions, including some gut wrenching scenes and steamy romance. The world building and character growth and development are phenomenal. Charlene Namdhari, thank you for another amazing story and wild ride. I would like to say this is your best book yet, but that would not be fair to say since the earlier books in this series are just as amazing. 

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Charlene Namdhari cast the perfect narrators to bring her characters and story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, giving each a voice that was fitting and were believable in every role, accents and all. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and make you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

It's no news that I love this series. I've read all books and was delighted when I got the news about the audios.
this book is perfection and so freaking intense that will leave you shaking.
the characters are perfect and the addition of voices just came to reinforce the pull they had in me

This is definitely one of the darker books in the Serendipity series with the tone being set with the most heartbreaking prologue after book two. As the author herself says, go in blind which I completely agree with as the payoff is so worth it. Although we have met Zane before, this is not just his story with new characters Ria/Gianna and Vincenzo being great new additions to the series.

This such a layered story and the journey the characters go on both together and individually is full of twists and turns. Raven Rose's portayal of Gianna/Ria is a standout performance as she takes her character from naïve teenager to a full on force to be reckoned with as she embraces all that the life she was forced into throws at her. I loved her development although I wanted to shake her when she believed the worst about Zane considering the source! Zane grew on me so much in this book with J F Harding's performance seamlessly fitting in with the new narrators and I loved seeing which route his path took after the events of Incognito; he has cemented himself as my favourite in this series. Antonio Amato is a new to me narrator and he brought the commanding presence of Vincenzo to life. All the performances gel together really well and you can't help but get swept away in the story.

My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely and I have added all the authors works to my TBR

Holy moly that was an epic read! From start to finish this book was incredible! Fast paced, with plenty of twists and turns, one hell of bad*ss b*tch! Ria/Gianna starts out as a meek and naive teenager. With everything she endures she turns into an epically strong, fearless, Indestructible woman. I absolutely adored her! We already met Zayne and know how deadly he can be but then we meet Vincenzo and the testosterone was flying! From innocent love to scorching passion, this story is one I’ll listen to time and again!

I bow down to you Charlene, your writing and imagination is incredible!

JF Harding, Antonio Amaro and Raven Rose all performed this story wonderfully!
