Rylee, a Tracker who is called in when children go missing, faces a dangerous new case involving a powerful demon and a race against time to save a child. The stakes felt higher, the danger more intense, and the emotional tension stronger—especially as she’s forced to work closely with Agent O’Shea and confront her own reluctance to trust.
The story was fast-paced and full of twists, with rising tension that kept me engaged throughout. I really enjoyed the addition of a male point of view in this audiobook. The dual narration added depth to the characters and enhanced the emotional impact of key moments. Both narrators did a great job bringing the story to life.
Overall, this was a gripping and engaging listen with strong characters, high stakes, and a compelling storyline. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing the series.

I love how book 2 started exactly where book 1 ended and I absolutely LOVE the ending of book 2!
We again follow Rylee as she goes on the search for another missing child.
This time however we also have a side quest to help a friend.
We have 2 sidekicks this time - Alex the werewolf and Eve the Harpie. There personalities are complete opposites, but are both super loyal!
We get some spice in this book, but it is not a happily ever after yet!
