Hugely detailed, candid and poignant. This is a large and riveting book that should not only be considered a truly great autobiography but a definitive historical documentation of many eras in professional wrestling.

This book will make you laugh as it peels back the curtain on Brets Incredible life and career but it will likely leave you with a lump in your throat as it covers the tragedies that have befallen his life. A wonderful book for Wrestling fans that is beautifully narrated by the hitman.

Wonderful in-depth view into the behind the scenes of the world of professional wrestling in the 70s-2000 era. Heart warming and heartbreaking but always reflective and most importantly honest

Other wrestlers can be more infamous or have made their name enduring with moving onto movies and TV. Bret Hart has given voice to all the workers in wrestling who selflessly elevated others to the top.

Of the many wrestlers biographies available THIS ONE stands out as being the most honest and thoughtful

Read it many times and listening to the audiobook was an unexpected bonus.
