Self-sabotage is typically something we don't know we have or are dealing with. With this book, I was able to address some of my blind spots and really get real with myself on what I want to improve to move forward in life as a woman and entrepreneur. I noticed that the negative thinking chapter helped me to understand where I automatically go each day. I know that all women (and men too) would benefit from this book, and that it will change your life!
Thank you for an approachable book - 5 stars!

Unless I can reorganize my thoughts quickly, poor performance can trigger my becoming too hard on myself. Feeling stuck ends up in self-defeat, which does nothing to improve the situation.
In this book, I learned that ordinary people have around 60,000 thoughts daily, and 80% of them take the form of negative and repetitive self-talk. Regrettably, the fact that pessimistic thinking is so common doesn't give us any reason to believe that things can't be better. Fortunately, Vaughn provides a 6-point plan to help us prevent this type of self-sabotage.
I enjoyed reading this book because it gave plenty of real-life examples and supported research studies that reminded me of helpful methods for getting motivation back, improving my attention and concentration, and benefiting from the habit of being grateful.
Many of us know how to take better care of our physical and mental health. The trick is implementing what we already know. This book is well written, and the narrator inspires the reader to use positive thinking, self-talk, nutrition, and empathy to pull ourselves out of the ruts we find ourselves in and get back on the main road toward a better life.
When I finished listening to this book, I felt filled with new energy to take better care of myself, and I can picture myself replaying sections to give me a boost whenever I notice negativity creeping back into my life.
Get a boost whenever you notice you are in a rut.

I experienced a period of insecurity and a sense that nothing was happening in my life last month, but I also had the chance to read the book "Help me I'm Stuck." 'Vaughn Carter' And it assisted me in comprehending this "Stuck" emotion and changing my perspective from one of self-doubt to one of self-improvement.
Let's talk about the book. Its main theme is how our thinking is shaped by even the smallest of habits. The ideal way to live, in Carter's opinion, is to be in a perpetual state of change. "Changes that will change the dial on their lives from ordinary to outstanding," he writes in the book.
Excellent Book
