Listener received this title free

Book 12 was one of the more enjoyable installments in the series. While it continues the overall storyline, it felt fresher with new powers, higher stakes, and some meaningful character growth. I was especially happy that this book actually brought one of the storylines to a conclusion instead of ending with yet another setup for the next installment. That made it feel much more satisfying and renewed my excitement to keep going. I'm still not loving the series 100% because of all the ups and downs, but this was definitely a step in the right direction.
