Summary

Emile Song, an eccentric, intelligent, and telepathic detective is given the task of catching the East End Reaper, a techno-fiend terrorizing the people of Quaymet.

All is not well in the subterranean realm of The East End Reaper. The black markets of the capital are his: objective achieved. And so, he's off to the ends of the galaxy to deal with past demons - leaving a trail of mayhem which leads Song and Henchard, and the Reaper himself, to a most unexpected conclusion.
