I found the book to be full of generics. There were some practical examples but not enough guidance on different situations that you may encounter.

I did purchase this by accident as I wanted a different book, but it is a decent starting block if you can call it that. It is very short in length and will leave you wanting to research more about handling difficult conversations.

Decent starting block
