Summary

the first few chapters were a bit confusing, might be clearer to call it prologue. The story itself is really good, main characters are convincing and consistent in their development through the story. The greater plot is surprisingly good for a shifter romance and way less woe than most in the genre of 'broken fated mates'. Very much didn't expect the main character relationship to develop in such a wholesome way and respectful of fmc's past trauma. Slow burn, could be spicier on the adult content scale but the scenes fit perfectly with the story.
