Daley Buzz Cozy Mystery Series is a great bundle of listens! This is an incredible value getting so many (8) books in one set. Meredith Potts has created a wonderful character of Sabrina Daley that appears in each story. She is a modern day sleuth that has a panache for solving crimes. Each book is a quick cozy listen and is standalone. Lisa Beacom is magical bringing the characters to life. She adds the right emotions that add to my enjoyment. I will definitely listen to more books by this author and narrator.

Daley Buzz Cozy Mystery Series was a great read by Meredith Potts. This was another great series by Meredith Potts. It consists of eight books that follow Sabrina Daley's amateur sleuthing. Caramels with a Side of Murder, Apple Pie with a Side of Murder, Lemon Bars with a Side of Murder, Cookies with a Side of Murder, Halloween Candy with a Side of Murder, Christmas Cookies with a Side of Murder, Gelato with a Side of Murder, and Chocolate Cake with a Side of Murder. I enjoyed reading Sabrina's story and can't wait to read more by Meredith Potts.

Sabrina Daley is our leading lady in the Daley Buzz mystery series. This collection is perfect for the car. Each book is a new case and each book offers different comfort food. 8 books in one package. Lisa Beacom has an engaging narrative voice. Sabrina has her own mystery she wants to solve. Her sister went missing years ago and the case is cold. When Sabrina goes to see a psychic she offers a glimpse of hope. Unfortunately, her new luck is short-lived. Sabrina is at the heart of the case and one thing leads to another. Now Sabrina Daley becomes a Cozy mystery star in this collection of murders in her home town.

The evidence in these cases points to confessions. Sabrina and her police officer boyfriend help us navigate a town of mystery. Bad feelings can lead to murder. Secrets are a way to find enemies. Everyone doesn't want their dirty laundry out in the open.

This is an enjoyable series. Each story is different from the previous. Recommended for a light-hearted car listen.

The stories are ok but get to the point where they are too much alike. They are alike because the dialogue, which is at times quite stilted, could often be from any of the books.
The main character reminds me of overhearing the neighbours gossip, and she is the nosy neighbour who feels the need to know everything. Her significant other has an annoying habit of repeating the same lines over and over, and I don't mean reading anyone their rights. Her mother seems to treat her like she is a child.
The mysteries themselves are quite interesting and work fairly well, but in a supposedly small town the way they interview people would not help them keep many friends.
The narrator works hard to try to make some of the dialogue interesting.
As you go through the different stories they do seem to be evolving and this is very promising for further books.
Overall I would describe these as reasonable but not inspiring.
