Kiera and Bodhi deserved to find each other. Their kind protective souls with scars, having been through so much need to find a kindred soul to became a better version of themselves. For Kiera, being in Ashford Creek was the best thing that could have happened to her, to hide from the awful ex and sister. For Bodhi, Ashford Creek meant the best and worst moments of his life but he never gave up. When they finally spend time together their connection is undeniable and it could be felt through the brilliant narration by Jason Clarke and CJ Bloom.

Crossroads, book 2 in the Ashford Creek series, is out in the world and you have to read the story of Bodhi and Kiera.

Both tortured and suffering trauma from things in their past, they find solace in each other in the most beautiful way.

With extended family and friends playing a huge role is this book, we see familiar characters from other series' of Carrie Ann Ryan that is woven so expertly into the story and it works magnificently.

I cried more than once whilst reading this book. Some of it was cathartic and at the other times it was simply sad.

Bodhi and Kiera, almost more than any couple I've read in a long time, absolutely deserve their HEA!

This was such a beautifully written story that had me invested fin the characters from the beginning. Bodhi and Kiera both were characters that just grabbed a hold of your heart with their past. A storyline that was revealed in layers with underlying suspense. A fairly fast-paced but felt like the perfect flow for Bodhi and Kiera. Their pain, grief, love, and forgiveness could be felt. I loved how they showed up for one another and truly brought healing to one another. A relationship that was tested while moving forward in life after loss. It was easy to cheer them on to their hea.

Narration performed by CJ Bloom and Jason Clarke was amazing. They each delivered heartfelt performances that showcased their talent, showing the character's vulnerability and conveying the heavy emotions throughout the storyline. An incredible listening experience both with the storyline and narrators!
