When Lottie Foster’s grandmother’s best friend Gwen dies, she leaves Lottie her lovely home, Cuckoo Cottage.

Lottie loves the cottage but Matt, a charming local builder, points out that beneath its charm it is falling apart. Luckily he is always on hand to help with the problems that somehow seem to keep cropping up. But is he just a bit too good to be true? Certainly Will, Lottie’s closest neighbour, seems to think so.

Really enjoyed this tale of a young woman returning to her childhood holiday home. Lottie goes to her Aunt's funeral only to discover she has inherited a cottage! She has to come to terms not only with the loss but also a whole new life in the country!
With twists and turns along the way, we watch as she has to decided between the two beaus and how she will make a living but not all is as it seems.
Well written and beautifully read.
