This was a very short story and although i like the plot, I didn't feel the connection between the main characters. The ending was also very abrupt so maybe the story could have been fleshed out more. In the audiobook version, it seems there were some voice over corrections that didn't blend well with the original narration.

I didn’t enjoy this much at all. The narration was very monotonous. It sounded almost this computer generated version. I would maybe have enjoyed it more if I had read it.

I enjoyed the narration from Anthony, who brings the humour and romance to your ears.

Jared owns the local coffee shop and has a soft place of one to the customers Lela. He just cannot seem to show it, smiling one minute and grumpy the next. Lela keeps flirting with him but Jared doesn’t seem to pick up on it. So giving up she gets her own coffee machine for home. But all it takes to get these hot and steamy is a storm and a lost kitten.

Not as many errors as the last book but not quite perfect either. Really slow and then over before it got started. Also narrated by computer which is really difficult to listen to.

It really took time to get going. I didn’t connect with the narrator. When something is so short it needs to be straight to the point and it wasn’t. Overall I did enjoy it but you lost a star for the above points.
