Holy moly! What a wild ride! This is not your typical mafia romance listen. This is action from the beginning to the end! And it's fantastic! Makenna and Dante are to be married. An arranged marriage years ago, Makenna is now at the age that Dante can look at her and not see the little girl. But what he does get is so much more! Makenna has had a tough life.Circumstances when she was young have left her strong. When their wedding turns bloody, it's Dante who is surprised at the expertise his new wife has in a gunfight. Now the two together have a lot to prove. The betrayals, and secrets that come out are devastating, but this couple shows just how love prevails. Brooke Summers shines in this mafia romance. Makenna is a strong, female character, and I absolutely love her! She is smart, and level headed. Dante is swoony, and the typical protective mafia boss. Together though, they are unstoppable. I hope to see more from Brooke!

Hayden Hall is amazing! Her Irish brogue makes Makenna the bada$$ that she is. Strong, passionate and a leader, we can hear it all in her performance. Walker Williams is quickly becoming a favorite, his voice is smooth and swoony with all the alpha protectiveness I love. These two made the story come alive.

I love Irish Mafia and Italian Mafia books so when you get Irish & Italian together this was a must listen for me . McKenna was such a bad@ss Dante wasn’t aware what he was getting himself into marrying her. Their dynamic was perfection they fell for each from the start they found their soul mates and god help anyone who tries to tear them apart . This was a fist from this author and I can’t wait to listen to more of the Made series.

Not what I normally listen to, but what a great story! It was very interesting and I enjoyed getting to know the characters and their backgrounds. Really looking forward to the next ones in the series!
The dialoques are funny and well-written, and the narrators did such a great job. They really brought the story to life and I found it very easy to distinguish which character they were voicing without it being mentioned.
